We proudly craft our products in South Carolina using REAL Wildcrafted Golden and Irish Sea Moss sourced from St. Lucia, combined with organic fruits, agave, and other plant-based ingredients. We do not use artificial preservatives, toxins, or synthetic chemicals.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods.

đźšš Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS or UPS.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipping.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

âť—Perishable Products (Sea Moss Gel and Gummies)

  • These items are made fresh to order and must be refrigerated upon delivery.

  • We ship all perishable items Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.

  • During warmer months, we include cool packs and insulation to help maintain product quality in transit.

  • Please track your package and retrieve it as soon as possible to avoid spoilage. We are not responsible for items left outside or undelivered due to customer unavailability.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

đź’¸ Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.

  • Free shipping may be available for promotional periods or order minimums. Check our homepage for current offers.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible.

  • If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.

  • We will assist when possible, but we do not offer refunds for carrier-related issues unless insurance was purchased.

❄️ Product Storage Upon Delivery

  • Sea Moss Gel and Gummies must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

  • Gel lasts up to 3–4 weeks refrigerated and up to 6 months frozen.

  • Gummies last up to 45 days in a cool, dry place or refrigerated for freshness.
